Customers are required to arrive on time for their tour, as there is a 30-minute check-in and gear-up process.

- This tour is designed for riders with prior motorbike experience. If you are a beginner or unsure of your skill level, contact us to take a training session first.
- Only one rider per bike is allowed.
- Tours can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance.
- Riders must be at least 16 years old to participate.
- If you’re under 160cm, we can accommodate you with specialized bikes – please contact us to discuss options.
- All participants must sign a waiver before the ride.
- Tours are subject to weather conditions and may be rescheduled for safety reasons.
- For larger groups, be sure to book all participants under one name for better coordination.

- Got your own motorbike, but need a tour guide? Contact us to hire a guide or coach for your personalized adventure.
- Please make sure that you select your desired experience/vehicle option from the booking list. Any error in the booking could result in the cancellation of the session, which would also be non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:
- 5 days before the tour/session date: a fee of 25% of the standard total price will be charged. The remaining balance will be refunded.
- Within 5 days of the tour/session date, a fee of 50% of the standard total price will be charged. The remaining balance will be kept as a credit against future bookings for up to 1 year.
- Within 48 hours or no show: No refund or credit will be given.
- Late Arrival: If you arrive late, no extra time will be added. Your session will still end at the original booked time.
