Customers are required to arrive on time for their tour, as there is a 30-minute check-in and gear-up process.

- A valid Physical Passport is required
- Desert-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes
- Sunscreen and sunglasses are recommended

- Passengers must be 8 years old and older.
- All drivers must be 18 years old and older.

- Drivers must be 18 years of age or older and passengers must be at least 8 years old.
- All participants must sign a waiver before the ride.
- 2-seater Buggies can accommodate 1 driver and 1 passenger, and 4-seater Buggies can accommodate 1 driver and 3 passengers—be sure to book accordingly.
- For group and private bookings, ensure all participants are booked under one name.
- Bookings are required in advance.
- Please make sure that you select your desired experience/vehicle option from the booking list. Any error in the booking could result in the cancellation of the session, which would also be non-refundable.

- 5 days before the tour/session date: a fee of 25% of the standard total price will be charged. The remaining balance will be refunded.
- Within 5 days of the tour/session date, a fee of 50% of the standard total price will be charged. The remaining balance will be kept as a credit against future bookings for up to 1 year.
- Within 48 hours or no show: No refund or credit will be given.
- Late Arrival: If you arrive late, no extra time will be added. Your session will still end at the original booked time.
